About Me

Though I'm not a professional photographer, I do enjoy taking photos, especially when I'm traveling to new and interesting places. Though I probably have way more pictures of my cat than I do of England. Sure, Stonehenge is nice, but it's not something that I would call "cute."

I also love the holiday season, hence this site. I enjoy creating new webpages. This one was mainly written by my husband (he also made the cute graphic on top), but I'm putting it together so I'll take credit.

I've been a vegan for over 11 years (back before the word was ever uttered on American TV) but I admit that I eat more junk food than I should. It was easier when there wasn't much vegan convenience food--you had to eat veggies all the time. I'm also addicted to tea. Black, green, yerba mate, chamomile, lemon grass...I don't like teas that taste "flowery" but I drink different teas throughout the day. I'm caffeine sensitive, so I limit my caffeine consumption. I love buying organic herbal teas from small companies, but I'll also pick up tea at the grocery store (Celestial Seasoning's Morning Thunder is a favorite).
